Cocoa Creams

Cocoa creams based on vegetable fat are of two types: non-bakestable and bakestable. Bakestable cream feature is that it remains relatively to its original shape after baking the product was applied. Heat resistance is still influenced by temperature and baking time. For puffy products we recommend creams to be applied after baking.
